由于PCB 走线不好走，需要另外走通孔，所以USB HUB IC 的DP和DM 信号的极性能否不予理会，只要设备到CPU的极性是正确的就可以了？

您好，USB2.0的极性是不能交换的，USB3.0的极性是可以交换不需要配置。
USB2.0如果交换的话是需要配置的，比如TUSB8041当用过USB 2.0 Hub时，如果DP和ＤＭ互换，需要通过寄存器配置，如下：
但是TUSB2046这款没有可配置的寄存器。
