DP83TG720通过LED1配置自动模式，或者管理模式。
在参考电路（参考snlu289）中，下拉是配置为manage模式，如下图：
芯片手册中是配置为上拉时，为manage模式，如下图，请帮助分析一下，是我理解有误吗？

LED_1 pin 内部有下拉，默认状态是strap mode 1，是Autonomous模式；snlu289 参考电路是Autonomous模式。
上拉时是strap mode 2，是manage模式。
