我们在测试SN65HVD75DR接收器20Mhz的性能时，发现当AB端输入1.2Vpp的差分信号时，可见下图。SN65HVD75D的RO端电平一直为高，无跳变，原理图见下文。
按手册真值表和电气参数看，应该能正常跳变。请帮忙分析。(其他补充：可以确认SN65HVD75D无损坏）
