    您好，DS90UB941AS应该是和DS90UB981可以搭配使用的， DS90UB983 可以和DS90UB984 搭配使用，但是目前我这里没有这几款NDA器件的资料。

    不知您的具体应用是什么，DS90UB981/983都是NDA器件，需要签署保密协议并申请资料，或者也可以根据实际应用选取其他非NDA器件。
