该引脚的功能是什么，有时序要求吗？
此引脚是HUB上行端口的power monitor，或者说当上行端口有输入时的检测引脚。当host接到HUB的上行端口时，此时电平应为高电平。

而USB_Vbus，不需要外接电源，指的是当上电的主机接在hub的上行端口时，USB_Vbus为high，或者说用来监测Vbus电压的，您看下Evm 原理图，USB＿Vbus3通过分压电路接了一个header到Vbus。一旦当有主机和HUB的上行端口连接时，header闭合，USB_Vbus能检测到Vbus总线电压，这是为USB_Vbus为高电平。
