我想是使用Ti的USB芯片TUSB1310，Ti有提供驱动程序吗？

这个在TI的网站好像没有驱动的，记得有两款FPGA板使用了这个IC，好像是FPGA完成其中的协议栈。
对于USB芯片来讲，驱动应该都是通用的。你可以到网上去搜一下，TI没有提供驱动。
TUS1310只是PHY，需要和有USB内核的主控芯片搭配使用来完成USB通信，是什么样的USB device来决定需要什么样的驱动，比如HID或MSC，TI不提供此类驱动。
