P_VCCP和S_VCCP，与VCC有什么区别？ 可直接与VCC短接吗？
从datasheet上的描述来看，VCC是内核供电，P_VCCP和S_VCCP是总线两端I/O口保护电路的供电。
从下面的note 1看，建议是先将P_VCCP和S_VCCP上电，然后才是VCC上电，所以不要短接在一起。

还有一个问题，我使用的处理器的PCI相关管脚没有LOCK功能，PCI2050B的P_LOCK管脚怎么办，能否直接上拉到3.3V？
如果P_LOCK不用的话，需要上拉到Vcc。
还有2个问题，如何设置2050B内部的寄存器？ 好像别的厂家的类似芯片，需要外部接个EEPROM来存放。
