SN65LVDT388A supply voltage

Hi,

I have three questions regarding this part:

1. Can this part be operated from a 2.4 V supply?

2. If I want the output voltage range to be 0-2.4V, what should the supply voltage be?

3. what do VOH "nom" value=3V and "min" value=2.4V mean on the data sheet?

  • 1.SN65LVDS388A的供电电压范围为3~3.6V ,所以2.4V是不行的。

    2. 如果输出电压为0~2.4V的话,那么需要选择其他芯片,SN65LVDT388A这款输出高电平Vih(min)=2.4V。

    3. Voh(min)=2.4V,Vol(max)=0.4V,意思是说输出信号高电平的门限电压为2.4V,2.4~Vcc的电压范围内为逻辑“1”,低于0.4V电平为逻辑“0”。

    我现在的应用是需要一个lvds芯片 接受differential signal 然后output single ended signal,output voltage range 0-2.4V 去控制后一级的开关

  •  LVDS转2.5V单端信号的应该没有,或者你可以在SN65LVDS388A后面再使用一个电平转换,3.3V到2.5V的电平转换器件来实现。
