如果DP83848供电时电压由3.3V到1V再到3.3V，请问这样848能正常工作吗？
DP83848的供电电压为3.3V，3.3V以下是不能正常工作的，不知为何要有个这样的转化？
浪涌的影响会不会影响848的不工作啊？
如果有浪涌电流的话，建议加个二极管做保护
