在XIO2001上面有CLKRUN_EN和EXT_ARB_EN，这两个脚的具体用于是什么呢？该上拉到电源还是下拉到地呢？请指教
CLKRUN_EN是时钟使能引脚，高有效。EXT_ARB_EN是PCI总线仲裁功能的使能引脚，也是高有效。
上拉还是下拉，要看是否让时钟或总线仲裁功能有效，比如如果开启总线仲裁功能，那就上拉到高电平，如果不需要，那就下拉到地。
