555定时器产生方波,过冲现象如何解决?

我使用555定时器搭建的多谐振荡电路,按照TI公司LM555CN的datasheet示例实现占空比为50%的方波输出。仿真图如图所示。实际555输出端接4421功率CMOS作功率放大(仿真库中没有,所以没用上),再实现+12V转-12V的开关电源形式。但是我在焊接PCB电路元件后,测试时却发现555输出的0~+12V方波有严重的过冲现象,幅度可达5V。这使得实际搭建的开关电源电路无法实现-12V转换,而是输出-18V。我想问的是,为什么555产生方波会产生过冲?如何降低这种过冲影响?谢谢!
