用TSB41BA3BTPFPEP和SM41BA3 通信时，可以正常通信，用TSB41BA3DIPFP     和SM41BA3通信时，线缆插上后，phy芯片一直识别不到线缆，是怎么回事？但是TSB41BA3DIPFP可以通过TSB41BA3BTPFPEP该板子上的任意port，与SM41BA3通信，TSB41BA3BTPFPEP这个只上电，串到链路中，就行，这2个芯片在配置上有什么区别吗？
