您正在读取的Reg 0x0303的值是Register 0x0003的默认值。
而寄存器0x1F之外的任何内容都是扩展寄存器，读取过程不同。
datasheet中的9.3.11.1节Extended Register Access中有详细提到，但我们也有一个FAQ(虽然是针对720，但过程相同)。
