TI的XIO2001开发板问题：
1 开发板有3个slot，只有slot1(P2)可以识别到设备并枚举成功，其余P3和P4不行
2 驱动网卡芯片时，可以通过MMIO读取网卡(RTL8169)的寄存器，但memory访问时会导致系统重启
