We purchased THVD1420DRLR from TI Store, Lot No. 2402947PHI . but we found that there is something likes vinyl on the pin .(pls find the picture as below )
And we bought this parts twice,the new coming goods also the same. Could you kindly help to check below question:
1）Is this a normal process?
2) Whether it will affect product performance?
3) Could we use this product ?

你好，THVD1420DRLR 我们分别买了2批不同批次。来料外观均存在同样问题，引脚上有黑色物质。规格书中有标明该产品是辅料成分有炭黑。
请问是否代表，引脚上的黑色物质是属于正常生产工艺范围内呢？我们可否继续使用该产品，该黑色物质是否不影响产品性能呢？
