您好，大多数应用下485建议两端加终端匹配电阻120ohm。
如果data rate小于200Kbps，或者传输距离比较短的话可以不加，加终端电阻的目的是为了防止信号在传输过程中发生反射，用示波器测量波形可以看到回沟现象，会影响通信。
