The network cable is connected normally, but PHY cannot establish a connection. The following is the value read from a register:
0x00: 0x2000
0x01: 0x7849
0x10: 0x0000
0x19: 0x8021
Not only that, but the network port indicator lights LED_LINK and LED_ACK are also in the wrong state, and both lights remain on continuously whether the network cable is connected or not.
