请问，TI 是否有 spi转uart 的 芯片？

需求如下：1路spi转4路串口

参数要求：4路uart开始工作时，spi这边操作寄存器的频次尽可能少，不需要一路uart操作一次寄存器。芯片端spi支持SPI mulit-read/mulit-write，要求芯片内置TX/RX fifo空间尽量大,支持的SPI频率尽量高
