对于LMK04806B的使用，之前我们的设计是使用dual PLL，评审时认为PLL的使用相噪可能会比较大，LMK04806B能否实现下图的使用方式？
只用160M晶振输入，既可以直接分频，又可以使用内部PLL产生100MHz输出。

文档看了，不能确认，希望在这确认一下
对于这种直接分频的，建议用03806.它是一级PLL的。04806是2级pll
