如规格书描述，Dout引脚的最大可承受电压是±13.2V，但是汽车短路到电源测试要求短路到14V，此时是否会对芯片造成损坏？如果选择钳位电压在13.2V以下的TVS，短路到电源是可能直接把TVS烧坏，那么该如何选择防护器件呢
