我用LMX2492做一款单一10GHz频率输出的频率源，先写入控制字使芯片处于POWER UP并ignore CE，然后给出N分频控制字和R分频控制字，再设置charge pump gain为3.1mA，芯片并无反应，charge pump output以及muxout引脚均无信号输出，请问是否有关键的控制没有做？
