SN65HVD1780D的批量化故障问题

我们在使用SN65HVD1780D的过程中发现，电路板焊接（回流焊）回来后，调试过程故障率达到30%以上，手工焊接更换上新的芯片后就正常。

请教什么原因？

 

另外，也怀疑供货渠道有问题，但一直没找到依据。

有什么办法可以判定器件是否原装正品吗？

下面是这种器件的丝印，对不对的，为什么是VP1780？
