The DS90UH988 is a 4K FPD-Link to OpenLDI unstringer. However, the specification indicates that OpenLDI has a clock frequency of 420MHz. According to the calculation, the clock frequency of 4K 60fps signal: 3840×2160×60=497664000,497.66400MHz. The OpenLDI clock frequency is not enough.
Understanding this correctly, the SER sends over 4K video over FPD-Link to the UH988 deserializer -> 3840x2160x60 = 497.664 MHz.
OpenLDI output can handle up to 210 MHz per port, meaning 420 MHz total.
Depending on the display specifications, the fps may be lowered to support 4k to meet the frequency requirement.
