帮忙解释下，如下R97 R98 R99 R100电阻为啥需要接3.3V的偏置电压呢，不接是否可行，有相关文档可以详细解释下电流型phy的工作原理吗？谢谢

但是上面两个文档没有解释R97 R98 R99 R100电阻为啥需要接3.3V的偏置电压，我看有些设计是不需要这个偏置电压的
