Hi FAE
Our product has a USB 3.2 Gen1 Type C interface, but when our product is connected to a computer's USB Type C interface, it is sometimes recognized as USB 2.0; If the computer is older, it will always be recognized as USB 2.0. So we applied for the USB Redriver chip TSUB1002 Demo Board to test it. Connect the TSUB1002 Demo Board between our product's Type C interface and the computer's Type interface, connect all USB cables, and then power on our product. After our product is launched, the computer cannot recognize the USB of the product, not even USB 2.0. Keep the product powered on, unplug the USB cable from the computer's USB port, and then plug it into the computer's USB port, the computer can recognize USB 3.0 of product.
So the problem is that after the product is started, the computer cannot recognize the USB. After plugging and unplugging the USB cable once, it can recognize USB 3.0 normally. What could be the reason for this?
Thanks very much !
