开机通讯正常，但约60S后自动断开。与良品对比压降、阻抗、特性曲线无明显差异，X射线观察到芯片旁边疑似有异物。有做交叉验证，电路板上无其他器件不良，下图是测试通讯中断图片和原理图。
不良品前60S输出波形与良品输出波形无差异，然后通讯中断后无输出波形。不良品前60S通讯正常时的输出波形如下：
