ISO1540能当作RS485隔离吗?如果不能 ,有哪种型号的隔离IC可以用在如下图所示的隔离吗?

ISO1540是I2C 隔离器，不适用于隔离RS485。
TI的芯片都是RS485收发器隔离器，没有直接隔离RS485总线的IC，如果您考虑使用隔离式 RS-485 收发器，您可以从下面链接进行筛选(网页左边是筛选选项):
