如图所示，该芯片用于热插拔时的信号读取及电平转换，单板热插拔时通过MX信号断开和接通GND判断单板是否接入（虚线所示）。但是在热插拔时，单板供电会出现先接入VCC，在接入GND的情况，此时会导致该芯片进入闩锁，芯片发烫甚至损坏。能够解释下芯片进入闩锁的机理，及相关的电流路径。
