我看了SN74ACT573QWRKSRQ1的7.3节，与https://assets.nexperia.com/documents/data-sheet/74HC_HCT573_Q100.pdf 的第6节并不一致。当OE和LE都为L时，SN74ACT573QWRKSRQ1的输出为Q0，在刚上电的状态，Q0未定义。而74HCT573BQ-Q100的输出为Dn状态。
那可能就没有一样的了
但是我问了很多人，都推荐的SN74ACT573QWRKSRQ1，说是可以替换，会不会是手册有问题，没有更新？
官网手册都是最新的。
请结合你们自己的要求判断是否可以使用。
