不可以的，这个电流是Absolute Maximum Ratings绝对最大额定值，也就是说超过这个范围，芯片就会损坏，是限制灾难性故障（可能由热引起）前可输出的电流量。
看下面电气特性表格，其输出电平是与输出电流有关的，电流越大，输出高电平和低电平与VCC和GND的偏移量就越大。该设备在I/O处有一个串联电阻器（4KΩ），这将导致较大的电压降，这就是建议电流为uA的原因。
