以VDD为10V为例，相当于3v以下为低，7v以上为高，是吧。
conditions里面的Vo为，1和1.9是啥意思啊？
是的
conditions里面的Vo是测试输出条件，即输出的高低电平，因为是与门，输入会有高有低电平，这里应该是测了2种情况，即输出有低电平的时候（其中有个输入是低电平）和输出是高电平的时候（输入都是高电平）
