供电电压范围不一样 ，SN74LVC14A为 2 V to 3.6 V； SN74LVC2G14 为 1.65V 至 5.5V
驱动电流也不一样，具体与供电电压有关；
可通过的信号速率也不一样，SN74LVC2G14速率稍微快些。这样看SN74LVC2G14性能好一些。具体使用的时候请再细看下数据表，以排除哪里存在不妥。
