你好  、SN74HC04使用问题

1、2016年版本的产品，批量使用，电路工作正常，没有问题。

2、2022年版本，同样电路，就出现不能工作的问题。

请问，SN74HC04, 在2016年到2022年之间有什么参数上的变化么？例如晶圆变更，电气参数细微调整，这些有说明相关的说明文件么？
