将一个10hz的信号输入分频成为5hz，电路如下 ，OVERRIDE暂时悬空，经过测试没有得到想要的输出，而且示波器探头好像对输出也有影响

 10hz输入

实测输出，信号间隔不一致

 输入输出一起测，明显不对

请问这是什么原因
