测了很多次，一直是高电平，有可能会有低电平么？

触发器在上电之后的输出状态是不确定的，这是由其输出结构决定的。由于制造和系统负载的缺陷，闭锁设备可能每次都以相同的方式启动，即使多次测试也是如此。需要注意的是，这不能保证输出始终是该值。具体分析见下面链接FAQ:
