为什么有的产品的ibis model中I-V曲线与V-T曲线的电压扫描范围不是按照如下规则呢？[pullup]:以电源为参考，电压扫描-VCC~2VCC；[pulldown]:以地为参考，电压扫描-VCC~2VCC；[power clamp]:以电源为参考，电压扫描-VCC~VCC；[GND clamp]:以地为参考，电压扫描-VCC~VCC。电压的扫描范围是依据什么选取呢？
