TXS0108E: 输出波形异常

Hi experts,

I use TXS0108 as a level shifter for nandflash,The yellow waveform in the figure below is VCCA=1.8V output, and the red waveform is VCCB=3V3 input，I would like to ask why the first waveform of the 1V8 output slowly rises?

    您好，红色波形是3.3V输入，从输入波形来看，第一个脉冲这里好像有个向下的尖峰导致输出上升沿这里缓慢。您可以将波形放大看下输入信号第一个脉冲这里，向下尖峰之后上升沿应该也是一个缓慢上升的过程。

    另外就是每个低电平上升的过程中看起来也有异常。负载电容过大的话会导致上升沿缓慢。

    电路图可以附上看下，OE虽然是高有效，我的建议是电压起来稳定之后再将OE拉高。

    您好，电路图如下，方向是自动切换的，当方向由A到B，输出端波形是正常的，而从B到A波形就会有上面您标注的问题，关于这个问题您有什么好的建议吗？

    B端接的是什么信号？B端device的边沿速率以及输出阻抗，驱动能力应该都会影响到爬坡时间。

    在B端加上1K上拉电阻试试看是否能加快上升沿速率？
