我看到SN74AXC8T245的手册中写到，“当 VCCA 和 VCCB 都至少为 1.40V 时，支持同步升降转换。”，我不太理解“同步升降转换”的具体含义，是指的8个通道同时跳变吗？我们的需求是，VCCA为3.3V，VCCB为1V，8个通道都单向传输，且同时都会按照1M的时钟跳变，请问可以支持吗？
