SN74LVC2G14: SN74LVC2G14DBVR, low Level output is 1.5V

Hi guys，

I use the IC as signal buffer, one channel output is abnormal, low level output is ~ 1.5V. But another channel of same chip is normal. Anybody see same issue? Or any comments on it?
