SN74LVC4245A: VCCA接的5V,VCCB接的3.3V，占空比为50%的时候A脚输出的不是2.5V？

DIR ,OE都是直接接的单片机引脚并是低电平，发现从B1给到的PWM波占空比为50%，测量A1电压为0.68V；而不是2.5V？帮忙看看是什么原因？通过示波器接到A1是有正常波形输出的
