    TLC27M7MD 现已停产。 不过、EP  如果要寻找高温低失调电压的放大器、我建议使用 OPA2227-OPA2227。 125°C 时的最大失调电压为 100uV。  请告诉我此器件是否适合您、或者您是否需要满足其他规格要求。
