输出应该是非常高的阻抗、几十兆欧姆、就像反向偏置二极管。
输出是 BJT 晶体管的集电极。 由于没有电流流流过基极、晶体管将"关断"。
我们不对此进行表征、也不将其指定为 Vcc=0V 不是有效运行条件。
这也是假设所有其他引脚为0V。 其他引脚上的电压可能会导致内部泄漏、从而影响实际值。
