我怀疑您询问的是系统级短路保护。 从输入到输出的 AMC1300延迟最大值为3.4 uS (第5节第3页)。 如果您的客户在关闭系统之前测量到6us 延迟、则他们在电路其余部分有~2.6uS (或更多)延迟。
