未供电时的输入端子
1)没有 LM393的电源电压时，是否可以将电压输入到输入端子(IN+、IN-)？ 此时的最大输入约为5V ?。

无论电源电压如何、都可以向 LM393系列输入施加高达36V 的电压。
我们建议通过串联电阻将电流限制在1mA 以下。 因此、TI 建议与输入串联至少5K 电阻。 该电阻可以是分立式电阻器、也可以是任何分压器或输入电路的一部分。
