    感谢您的提问。 采用14引脚封装时、两个引脚与电源轨重复、一个引脚为无连接、因此未使用。  

    我们通常不会在 P-Spice 或 TINA-TI 模型上使用这些重复的引脚、因为这不会影响模型的功能、并会在不增加任何好处的情况下使模型更复杂。

    如果您删除这些重复或未使用的3个引脚、则会形成11引脚模型。
