GPMC 支持闪存、NOR 和 NAND 类型、但也支持 SRAM 和 PSRAM。
在 非多路复用模式中、 可寻址空间为4MB (22位地址)
在地址/数据多路复用模式下、存储器大小可为16MB/32MB/64MB/128MB。
