VDDS_PU 仅用于 SIP 中的内部100k 上拉复位，不需要单独的去耦电容器。 如果要使用 POR，应在复位信号和 GND 之间连接100 nF 电容器。
VDDS 不需要外部去耦电容器，因为它们是 SIP 中的内部22 UF。
