为了启用组 A 和 B 输出缓冲器、 CLKoutA_EN 和 CLKoutB_EN 应该为低电平有效。 这在您的设计中似乎很高。 使其变为低电平并查看输出。
此外、要选择 CLKin0输入、请确保 CLKIN_SEL0和 CLKIN_SEL1逻辑引脚应为低电平(0)。
