IOH/IOL 值未被表征。 根据0.5V/ns 的数据表压摆率和10pF 的规定电容、我计算出 I = C * dV/dt = 10pF *(0.5V/ns)= 5mA。 还有 VOH/VOL 定义、测试电流为1mA。 因此、在 VOH/VOL 超出80%/20% VDD 范围之前、可以合理地假设 IOH/IOL 不能超过几 mA。
