ADC3583的 SNR 为-85dBFS。 要将这些值转换为 Vrms、我们需要了解 ADC 输入的满量程范围(3.2Vpp 差分)和 LSB 大小。
3.2Vpp 的 Vrms 为3.2*0.707 = 2.262Vrms。
1 LSB = 2.262Vrms / 2^18 = 8.628uVrms
如果我们使用数据表中的 INL 值来帮助确定平均 Vrms 噪声、则+/- 7 LSB = 14 LSB……
Vrms_noise = 14 LSB * 8.628 uVrms = 120.792 uVrms
